We absolutely love a winter wedding at Gathering Events, and this intimate celebration in the stunning Byron Bay hinterland was certainly one to remember.

Alisha and Trent’s Byron Bay Wedding was held at Cedia House, where they took advantage of the sunshine and breath-taking surrounds, getting married outside in the house gardens. After the ceremony guests enjoyed lawn games on the grass and drinks served from the BYO wedding bars including our travelling Caravan Bar and Pop-Up Bar service. As the drinks flowed into the evening, guests enjoyed a shared feast and dessert bar for dinner.

It was important to the couple to keep things personal, putting their own special touches on the event with the bride creating all of the stationary herself and the groom making his very own craft beer for the occasion. They also had signature ‘his &  hers’ cocktails created and served by our Gathering Events mobile bartenders. A Sailor Jerry & Ginger Smash for the groom, and a Strawberry Gin & Pink Lemonade for the bride.
