Here at Gathering Events, we are a full-service catering company. We have a wide range of services, including; Food Carts, Coffee Carts, Gelato Carts, Popcorn Carts, Fairy Floss Machine Hire with Operator, BYO Bar Service, Cocktail Carts, Whisky Tasting.

Yes. Each service is different, please chat to the team. Coffee, popcorn and fairy floss has a minimum or 100 serves. Gelato has a minimum of 80 serves. Food carts and catering has a minimum of 50 items.

Travel fees start at $65+GST each way. For each hour of additional travel, or part thereof, this will be $90.00 per hour.

No, all of our services and events are pre-paid. We do not offer a retail / customer pays per drink/ food option.

The carts are 1400mm long by 1200 wide.

Hiring a coffee cart can be a simple, enjoyable process. It includes a barista, an electronic expresso machine & grinder, the milk, alternatives, fresh and dairy. The barista hours need to be counted and quoted accordingly. Costs are itemised, covering the cart hire, barista hire, optional branding items, coffees and also travel.

Yes, we require a standard 10AMP power point. We can also operate using a generator, minimum 6.5KVA.

Yes. If you choose to book an event with us, our service is fully inclusive – including coffee beans, cups, lids, sugar, milk and alternative milk.

Yes, we have a vast array of selections on all our menu which are suited for any dietary requirement, such as vegan, vegetarian or gluten free.

10 working days prior to your function date, we will need to have your final number of guests to be catered for.

Yes we do! If you are looking for a custom menu or particular themed menu items, get in touch with our team. We caters for a range of different events and functions.

Yes, we are fully BYOB based, and do not sell or provide any alcoholic beverages for events. All alcohol and beverages are to be provided by the event organiser, venue or third party supplier.

When booking our range of mobile BYO bar services caravan bar (ideal for 100 guests or less), it is inclusive of two RSA qualified bartenders, glassware, a fridge, eskies, ice and all associated bar equipment. You don’t have to think about a thing!

We serve bottled beer and cider, wine, champagne, soft-drinks, water, cocktails, tea and coffee. We can also help you with your menu development, and determining the perfect amount to have available.

Out mobile caravan trailer has been purpose built to suit a myriad of different purposes and events. It is the perfect mobile bar for weddings, birthday parties, corporate events and business launches. It is also ideal for businesses looking to create a unique and engaging marketing experience or activation. It can be used to sell products at festivals or showcase wares at markets. Our mobile caravan can also be dry-hired.

Our caravan is 2.2 meters wide, 2.5 meters high and 4.2 meters long (including the trailer).

Gathering Events caravan bar require two key things from the event host upon arrival on site.
